As Team Leader IT Deliver & Support you lead the IT Deliver & Support team and you are reporting directly to the VP IT.
The IT Deliver & Support team is responsible for the operational management of IT services and products in order to create value for customers and users. The team must continuously ensure that the service operation is always provided in accordance with the agreed customer agreements (Service Level Agreements). They are responsible for any IT infrastructure or service which is directly used by internal users e.g. Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure AD as well as on-premise infrastructure. The team is accountable for Incident Management, IT Asset Management, Service Desk & Catalog, Device Management and Software Deployment, SaaS & Software License Management.
