Minimum contract period
- The minimum contract term is 12 full calendar months. Example: If the contractual relationship begins on March 15, the minimum contract term ends on April 30 of the following calendar year.
- If the contractual relationship is not terminated at the end of the (minimum) contract term, it shall be automatically extended by 12 additional calendar months in each case. Example: no cancellation by April 30; automatic renewal until April 30 of the following calendar year.
Can be flexibly added during the term
Intermediary area
Reduction of the minimum contract term from 12 full calendar months to one full calendar month.
Example: If the “Short minimum contract term” add-on module is booked on March 15, the minimum contract term ends on April 30 of the same calendar year.
If the contractual relationship is not terminated at the end of the (minimum) contract term, it shall be automatically extended by a further calendar month in each case.
Example: no termination as of April 30; automatic renewal until May 31 of the same calendar year.
