Our Director People & Organization, Dominique Schaefer, shares his experiences from two years of OKR in HR in the HR Magazine.

  1. OKR works not only in Big Tech but also in HR teams.
  2. Adopting the OKR approach in the HR area in a textbook manner results in a rather unfavorable cost-benefit ratio. Confusion is inevitable.
  3. In order for OKR to work well for HR, the approach has to be modified significantly in some cases, for example in the timing of the individual events.
