Xempus has acquired 100% of eVorsorge Systems GmbH. The transaction became effective as of 1 May 2023.
With Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung a. G. (SDK), Xempus is expanding the bKV offering on the Xempus platform.
The Bayerische insurance group and Xempus are further expanding their cooperation in the area of occupational pension plans. Bayerische now also relies on the functionalities of the Xempus platform for portfolio management.
Continentale Versicherung is now present on the Xempus platform with its bKV budget solutions. The two companies are thus further expanding their successful cooperation.
Xempus and Barmenia Krankenversicherung AG are further expanding their cooperation: In addition to its existing corporate pension products, Barmenia is now also using the Xempus platform for corporate health insurance.
