At the end of 2021, we had the best bAV in Germany. Digital and self-closing. Dominique, our Director People & Organization, tells us about the questions that came up and how it was received.
“Eat your own dogfood” is the motto in software development when employees are provided with their own technology. That’s why, when we went live with our employee self-contract at the end of 2021, we also launched our new bAV offering itself digitally. The balance after eight weeks: 66 percent of all colleagues at Xempus have registered in the tool. 99 percent of them actually use it, and almost 50 percent of all have taken out a digital pension plan.
